- External driver are a good place to save your stuff. But you do not always have it with you. What if there is a fire or a break in.. I always have a cloned copy of the external hard drive online. In the cloud.
Do this:
- Get Google Drive or use one you have. Microsoft is giving away 25 GB of free.

Download: Link to file - Make sure the External drive path and the cloud path is right.
- Save it on your external drive and with the filename "Cloud Backup.bat".
- Open a file explorer window. (Hold Windows Key and press E)
- Find your auto start folder:

- Open your external drive.
- Hold the RIGHT mouse button over the "Cloud Backup.bat" file and drag it to the autostart folder. (See Image)
- Every time you reboot your computer a backup will be made on your cloud drive.
